Providing high-efficiency filtration solutions for multiple industries.
Multi-bags filter housings:
A multi bags filter housing holds several liquid filter bags in parallel inside one pressure vessel, giving you high flow rates and long service intervals in a single compact unit.
Unilink Industrial supplies stainless steel multi bags housings in 2- to 12-bag configurations, matched with standard size 1 and size 2 filter bags from 1 to 400 micron,Multi-bags filter housings provide higher flow capacity and longer service intervals than single-bag systems.
How It Works:
Liquid enters the housing through the inlet nozzle, flows through multiple filter bags at the same time, and exits through the outlet. Because the flow is divided across several bags, pressure drop stays low and each bag clogs more slowly than it would in a single-bag vessel.
When the differential pressure gauge shows it is time, open the quick-release closure, replace the bags, and the system is back online in minutes — no filter cloth, no cartridges, no downtime for cleaning
Construction & Features:
Material: SS304 or SS316L, contact parts polished; carbon steel option for budget projectsClosure: swing bolt quick-opening cover, no tools required for bag changeBaskets: perforated stainless steel basket per bag position, 1.0–3.0 mm hole size depending on mediaSealing: PTFE or EPDM gaskets, Viton optional for chemical serviceNozzles: flanged (ANSI/DIN/JIS) or threaded, size and orientation to your pipingInstrumentation: differential pressure gauge ports, vent and drain as standardSurface: external sandblasted and painted, or mirror/polished finish for food and pharma,Our multi-bags filter housings are available in SS304 and SS316L with custom inlet, outlet and bag configurations.
Applications:
Multi bags filter housings are used wherever large volumes of liquid need economical clarification or pre-filtration: water treatment and reuse, paints and coatings, petrochemical process streams, food and beverage, cooling water, and as pre-filters ahead of cartridge or membrane systems.
Matching Filter Bags:
We supply the bags as well: PP, PE and nylon liquid filter bags from 1 to 400 micron, with sewn or welded seams and steel or plastic rings. Ordering housing and bags from one supplier keeps the dimensions and ring type matched — the most common cause of bypass leaks is a bag that does not quite fit the basket.
