Single-bag filter housing：
A single bag filter housing is the simplest way to filter particulates out of a liquid line: one filter bag held in a perforated metal basket inside a pressure vessel.
Liquid enters through the inlet, passes through the bag from inside to outside, and exits clean.
It is the standard choice for medium and small flow rates, polishing applications, and as a pre-filter ahead of cartridge or membrane systems — with stainless steel bodies in SS304 or SS316L for corrosion resistance.Our single bag filter housing provides reliable filtration for water treatment, chemicals, paints and food processing.
How It Works：
Untreated liquid flows in through the top-inlet nozzle and fills the space inside the filter bag. Under pressure, liquid passes through the bag media while particles larger than the micron rating are retained on the inside surface of the bag.
Filtered liquid collects in the annular space between the bag and the vessel wall and leaves through the outlet nozzle.
When the differential pressure gauge indicates a rising pressure drop, open the swing-bolt closure, lift out the basket, swap in a fresh bag, and restart — the whole bag change takes only a few minutes.

Applications：
Single bag housings serve liquid filtration duties across industries: water treatment and reuse, paints, inks and coatings, petrochemical and chemical process streams, food and beverage, coolants and cutting fluids, and pre-filtration ahead of cartridge, membrane and UV systems.
Where flow later outgrows a single bag, the line can be upgraded to a multi bag filter housing using the same bag sizes — no change of consumables.
Matching Filter Bags：
We supply the bags too: PP, PE and nylon liquid filter bags from 0.5 to 400 micron, with sewn or welded seams. Housing and bags from one supplier means ring type, diameter and length always fit — a bag that does not sit properly in the basket is the most common cause of bypass and unfiltered product.
